ok but slow
Had a flat on a Harley. Was told it would take 45 minutes to a hour. I called back after about 1 1/2 hours. Said it would be another 45 minutes. Ended up being 30 more min. Since we were sitting in the median of I 5, (which is really loud, btw) this seemed like an awfully long time. The driver explained that since he knew it was a Harley, he cleaned the oil and grease off the flat bed. My big concern is that the driver said he rarely wears his seat belt. It IS a law, you know. Anyway, once he got there they were able to get the bike on the flat bed fairly quickly, although my boyfriend had to ride the bike on and off the truck. Not sure I would use them again.
