Gene said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because the driver was knowledgeable, but he had a bad attitude. He was rude to him and acted like it was Gene's fault he had vehicle problems. He gave reasons for the problems he was having and tried blaming him for the problems. He was not satisfied with the courtesy of the driver. There was no promise of a response time. The State Patrol called them and he had nothing to do with it. He had no involvement with a dispatcher. He waited for this business to get there. They are knowledgeable and do a good job. The drivers need to have a good attitude.
