Dick said he took some photographs of his vehicle and he inadvertently cropped out two figures from it. He took his photographs to their business and their customer service department noticed he had cropped out some very important details. They were able to make the changes and he appreciates the fact that they notified him about the situation. They looked out for his best interest.
