Mitch said that they had too many chiefs and not enough Indians. He said the original guy that showed up had a really good plan, but there were other companies there to help tow the semi's, and that's when it all went bad. He said that there were too many people trying to take charge, and that made it all go wrong. He said that it should have only taken about 2 hours to get it all done, but instead it took 7 to 8 hours to get the job done. He said that the place of business was really close, and if they would have stuck to the plan of the original guy it would have been fine. But instead there was a bunch of people trying to have it done their way. He said they need one person to command and then the others to work. He said he had to sit there hurt and sore all over for hours why they tried to figure it all out. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.
