Carmen said her motor home was damaged in the process of hooking it up to the tow truck. The business did not have the proper socket tool to remove the bolt from the motor home. She said the driver's character was the ways of a sea merchant, she thinks he was rushing to get off for the day. She stated he went home to get keys, but should have gone back to the place of business to get the proper tool. To better serve her, she thinks the business should reimburse her for the damages to her motor home, because the driver was at fault. If the towing company does not have the tools to perform the job properly, they should not say they can do the job. Due to this experience she would not recommend this business.

Carmen, I am sorry for your experience, however, PRO-TOW was not the company that provided the service. Your insurance company hired us to tow it to the nearest repair facility, but you decided to wait for AAA to come so you could tow it to Tacoma. If there is ever anything further we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us at 253.245.5454 or www.pro-tow.com. Thank you, Keith
