Thorough fault finding!
I have a 2009 Kia Borrego and I took it to these guys to get a 4 wheel alignment, with their expertise they found an issue with the inner tie rods. I ordered the parts and replaced them, Appointment number two the vehicle was adjusted front and back and a bolt was found to be in bad shape in the rear so more parts ordered. My vehicle was listed as having been in a accident before, so finding and fixing is important to me. this shop is very knowledgeable in Automotive repairs and will let you know of unsafe, or important items that need addressed, as a vehicle owner, this is important to me!
