Excellent
My car had a strange sound from the back tire(?). I left it with Royce Monday morning and received a call of what needed to be done later that day, I gave a go ahead expecting it to take a day or so for the repair. Not the case, I received a call later the same day they we able to replace the needed parts and my car was ready to go at a very affordable price. THANK YOU (also thank you Discount tire for recommending Quality Alignment and Mechanical)
