This is Victor and I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you didnt get the engine you wanted but that was out of our hands and was intirely CARMAX your warranty companies decision. If it helps any, the engine we did get for you has 56,000 miles on it which is about 42,000 less then the engine that was in your vehicle! When it comes to my shop doing CAXMAX warranty repair's the sad thing is that we have no control over what happens with your vehicle and what steps they deside to take to fix your vehicle...
