"I was a little disappointed at first, but..."
So I dropped my car off this morning and Todd told me he'd have it looked at today. Okay, no problem, I go to work as usual and around 3-4pm I start stressing out because I hadn't heard back from him. 6pm rolls around (closing time) so I give one last call and didn't get an answer. I was pretty bummed out and pretty worried. But just now, 7:40pm Todd calls me and gives me his diagnosis -- and was basically what I expected it would be (replace muffler). Not only that but he gave me a bunch of options to choose from, including OEM parts, and explained a possible issue with going with an AM part. Very professional and I was super surprised to see the number pop up on my phone this late since it was after closing time, but Todd kept his word and I should have my car by tomorrow. Thank you!

Durwood said he took his vehicle in for new brakes, but now the ABS light, the brakes lights, and all the other lights on the panel are on. He took it back, but they don't really know the reason for this and told him to drive the vehicle for about 200 miles to see if they would go off. He also noticed the brakes feel mushy. He is not comfortable letting his wife drive the vehicle in this condition. He will take it to another facility. He will go back to Todd to discuss these issues. Todd is a pretty good guy, and Durwood believes he will straighten it out. He does appreciate him trying to resolve this.
