Beware of expensive scam and bad service
I had my Lincoln Navigator's headlight changed, spark plugs changed and throttle body cleaning. Headlights were changed but next day I opened the hood on to find 2 bolts dangling under the hood that was needed to be bolted on the headlight. Took the car back and they said sorry and put the bolts back for the headlight retainer. I found strange fume ever since the plugs were changed. Took the car back and found out that person who replaced the plug did not seat the plugs in right. My biggest one was the throttle body maintenance. After it was done, I went home and open the hood, intake manifold cover has not been removed. Way I notice this is that it's got my finger prints that I left days before took the car in the shop. In order to get to the throttle body, the intake manifold has to be taken off. Since I saw no signs of new finger prints on dust and filmy intake covers, this means they never even bothered to performed what was paid to be done.
