Nice lounge
I was very disappointed with the time it took to get part. I was told the part would be in a few days. It was 33 days when it came in.

I understand your frustration with the amount of time we kept your vehicle. The dealership had no control over the extended amount of time due to the fact it was a parts supplying issue with Hyundai itself. We did check every few days to see what the availability of the parts were, and Hyundai itself kept changing the arrival dates. Granted the service advisor should have kept in better contact with you. I assure you the dealership had no control pertaining to the arrival of the parts. As far as the check engine light coming on after you picked up the vehicle we have changed our test drive policy to twenty miles, after repairing the vehicle instead of the shorter amount we had been driving. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience which you were put through while your vehicle was underivable.

Body Work Needed.
After a security gate fell on my car I assumed I would have to live with the cosmetic damage for as long as I owned my car.
The crew at Ray Skillman did a terrific job of returning my car to it's original appearance. The body work is nothing less than astonishing, and it was done within the estimated time.
I hope my car doesn't get banged up again, but if it does, I know the folks at Skillman can make it look like nothing ever happened.
