We were able to acquire your part early without cost to you, which is good. Your aftermarket battery did not have the propper terminal size for the Hyundai wiring harness; that is what shorted your alternator. I do not see any mention of the lead post cap on your repair, however I am certain it would have been recommended. That type of repair is not performed at the dealer; it is not considered a repair, only a temporary solution. The battery needs to be replaced with the correct , type, capacity,CCA, and terminal size - as the caps only cause more issues in the long run. I am surprised at the low score, since Eddie sent Juan out to take care of you. It sounds like he did a good job. This score direclty affects the service advisor. The fact your vehicle died is unfortunate and inconvenient, but it seems Eddie did all he could to take care of you. Thank you for your response and have a good weekend!

Having requested a 90,000 mile service; during the service they checked my service history and found one item I requested had been recently completed and another that was needed,but not requested. Good but...
Service was good but technician left greasy handprints on interior of my car. Service Managers apologized and cleaned it up on the spot. However, in general, the dealership will need to step up its game if Genesis is going to play in same league as Lexus and Infiniti.

45 minute drive
I drove 45 minutes to this shop since it was the place we bought the car from. Setting up the appointment was easy. Process was punctual. Of course the tech had suggested service, but without pressure. I will definitely make the drive again next time. Honest dealer in my book. See yall in 5k miles!
