Natalya said the service was very fast and this business was honest with her throughout the entire experience. She said she trusts Marco, the owner and she appreciates that he speaks Spanish. She really liked the way he interacted and created close relationships with his customers. She was very satisfied that Marco offered a guarantee on the parts. Keith said they did a pretty good job on his brakes but he had to come back and have them tighten up his emergency brake. He said that should have been done the first time but they did it free of charge when he came back the second time. He stated he will continue to go back to them for service.

Grover said he liked this business's customer service. He stated service rep was really helpful, and he guided Grover regarding his vehicle. Grover brought his vehicle in for an oil change, but had a new belt and other items taken care of because of the recommendations from the service rep. He believes his name was Mark or Marco. Grover and his wife always had their vehicles serviced by dealerships, but because of this business's good service, good prices, and good mechanics they will both start bringing their vehicles here. In fact, his wife's vehicle needs to be serviced soon, and she will be bringing her vehicle to this business.
