Don't buy a used car with an outstanding call-back
I bought a Ford Escape from them. They disclosed a call-back on the car, but wouldn't do anything about it. It wasn't like they had a big selection to choose from. "Just take it to any Ford dealer". So I took it to a local dealer who just sun-baked it while I sat for 4 hours. I was pissed, went home, and made another appointment at a different Ford dealership. More hours of sun-baking, so I said the hell with it and got rid of the car. I will never buy another Ford product.
