Lisa said her vehicle looks beautiful and everyone was very nice, but there was a bit of a hiccup in their communication. A couple of days before they were supposed to be done, she called to find out if everything was on schedule so she could pick up her vehicle the following week. She was told it was. Then when it was supposed to be ready, no one called. After a couple more days, she called them. They were very apologetic about the lack of communication and the fact that her vehicle was not quite ready. She could not recall exactly why it was being delayed.
