Abdulkader said the repair took 2 months to complete. The personnel were very good and provided excellent customer service. The original promise time was 2 weeks but final completion ended up taking 2 months. The air bags were blown up and this required some extra work and parts. This business let him keep his vehicle, since it was drivable, while they ordered parts and got permission for the repair from the insurance company. The only thing that bothered him was the length of time this took to finish. Everything else was fine and he would recommend this business.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We do take pride in our quality and our customer’s expectations. Our business requires us to purchase many parts from many different vendors. The time of this repair was extreme but we are at the mercy of the car manufacture for the parts. These parts went on national back order which means the car manufacturer was waiting on their vendor to make the parts! We thank you for your patience and am very thankful that you would recommend our business.
