Spoke with Tien. She said the cost of the repair exceeded the original estimate and messages would only be left on one phone after she had asked to have messages left on both phone numbers.The repair was completed about five days later than had been promised. The repair was delayed twice. Once was due to a part delay, then some additional damage was found, which also delayed the repair. She had requested to have any messages left on both phones but any message from the facility would only be left on one phone and she did not see the message until two days later. She was not satisfied with the communication for this reason.
