I have a 2012 Honda CRV and I’m a returning customer. When the dashboard lit up like a christmas tree, I brought it to them. They had previously changed the tires for me and helped with other things. For this service, they were able to fit me in the next day (not being an emergency) and diagnose and repair any issues with an honest price. They finished the job in the estimated time frame, (which I never firmly hold anyone to because of the nature of diagnosing and figuring out the issue on the fly), which I was grateful for.
