Ridge Road Imports is a comfortable place to shop for a late-model Toyota, Subaru, Honda or Nissan. The owner, Elliot, is good at explaining the features of different models. In our case, he asked good questions to understand what we were interested in (we wanted good fuel mileage so he focused on the hybrids they had on the lot). He is patient in answering questions. I like that there are a smaller number of cars to choose from, rather than a huge lot with hundreds of vehicles. Ridge Road has its own repair shop and they can continue to service your car after purchase. It’s also nice to test drive a car in a more rural area, instead of on a busy strip with a bunch of car dealerships.We only recently bought our car, and Elliot has been great about answering any questions we have as we get used to our Toyota Prius Prime.
