Dear Laura, I'm sorry you feel like you did not receive quality work from us on the 4 tires we balanced for you on 3/1/17 on your 2007 GMC Acadia. When you came in, you told us you bought these tires from Sears and we advised you they are worn and you needed new tires. Upon our phone conversation 3/8/17, you said you thought it was a bad alignment you received from us on Oct. 20th 2015 and 25,216 miles ago. We disagree that the work you received from us on either visit was bad or insufficient in any way. We strive to treat all our customers fair and we strive to make any honest mistake right. If these were our tires, we would have advised you to keep them inflated and rotated on a regular maintenance schedule. Tires that are not maintained every 3000-5000 miles will not wear properly. Again, Sorry you're not happy with us.
