Excellent customer service!
The service department at Roger Beasley Hyundai Kyle goes above an beyond when it comes to customer service. Recently they did a brake service on my husband’s 2013 Sonata. They were punctual and performed the service plus did an engine check and a software update in the time allotment that my service advisor provided when the car was dropped off. Mark Luongo is always professional and to date has been spot on when it comes to estimating the amount of time it will take for our service. Also, David went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our car. Will definitely be returning to this location for servicing both our Hyundais.
