Terrible Maintenance Service
The engine light came on with the text, shut down hybrid engine. I took it to Rogers. I was told it’s not drivable. It’s still under warranty. We can’t look at it for at least a couple of days. We don’t have loaners. You can go rent a car. It’s a defect, under warranty. Not drivable but the aren’t even looking at it for days. No loaner? I can go rent a car? I will never purchase from there again.
