Unacceptable work
I have experienced several instances of poor work when I've taken my car to Marhofer for routine maintenance. In one visit, my tires were considered to be close to replaceable. During the next visit the paperwork was somehow missing. When it was "found," the tires were graded to be in great shape. This was obviously a not only shoddy but a dangerous instance of someone creating new paperwork. When I took my car in recently, I told the representative that one of my brake lights was out, but when I went to pick up the vehicle, it had not been replaced. I will not take my vehicle back to Marhofer for maintenance. Their mechanics are clearly either overworked to the point of inefficiency or underpaid to the point of not caring.
