Terrible service support
I have spent countless hours trying to get through to the service department. The automated calling system is terrible. Service manager does not keep his word on returning phone calls. On Monday Jan 12 th - I had to call the sales department to get them to walk down to service. Service told Zack, the sales person they would call me. Service never called back. Service department has kept my car for 10 days for a 1 day warranty replacement because a part broke when they were fixing the warranted part. Service manager told me it would be done on Jan 12. No update from service - no phone call from service manager. I have purchased 5 cars from Ron Marhofer since 2016.
Sales team is great- service department is not - I will not buy from Ron Marhofer again bc of the service department. Sorry sales team.
