Need to work communication
Need to work on greeting customers when they walk in. I’d understand if they were busy but no one asked if I needed to be helped. I had to walk up and ask for someone to help me. And no one went over my paperwork once my car was done being serviced so I have to make a second trip to get my engine air filter changed .

The recalls we performed on your vehicle normally get done in 2 hours or less.  We really appreciate your business and I'm sorry that it was a less than perfect visit. First time
Have bought several vehicles at Folsom lake Automall in the past but after coming here and getting my vehicle serviced I could see the difference in quality customer care. The staff here are very friendly. The tech went beyond and above by finding other issues and getting it repaired under the warranty. Also the cars they are selling were surprisingly cheaper than most Hyundai dealers. I highly recommend this place!!

Nice service department and friendly staff
I am happy with service center, it’s clean, well designed, nice people working there and they were all respectful and helpful. The only thing was other service centers washed my car for free but I didn’t asked because they were nice ppl. Maybe they forgot. Will ask them next time.

quick service
got the car in on short notice and the work was completed efficiently.
The only negatives are that they didn't wash my car and like all dealerships they totally screwed up my seat.
