Terrible
BEWARE. I would't recommend anyone to go to Santa Ana. They are crooks. I dropped my car off on 8/17 and picked it up 9/29 which is over 7 weeks. Each week I had to be the one to call to get updates. Everyone I spoke to said the receptionist was the one in charge of calling weekly to give updates which never happened. When I tried to ask Mike (manager) why things are taking so long he stated multiple times it's all insurance's fault. He lied about when they got checks from the insurance company (I have emails from every time a check was sent from insurance) and well as when parts were coming in. Mike says he has notes to prove but hasn't provided any of the “proof”. I went to pick up the car and had to pay before the car was brought out. Multiple things were wrong (see pictures). You’d think it would be perfect at that point. I pointed everything out all Mike said was thats what happens with repairs being “after market”. Santa Ana requested new parts on every part that needed to be replaced so there was no “after market” parts. When I stated I should not have to pay the $2k Mike was unwilling to fix anything and give any money back. When I stated I would just deal with all this mess a different way he was hesitant to give me my car keys back.

FOLLOW UP: The insurance company reached out to Santa Ana about how I was unhappy with how the car looked. Santa Ana agreed the repairs didn't look great but said they went with the best bumper they had since they had already had my car for 2 months. They said since they agreed with the assessment they would be willing to take back my car to find a better bumper to fit. No offer on any type of refund or anything for their mistake.

BEWARE. Update from 11/28.
I received a call from the marketing person on 11/28 stating how they always want to make sure their customers walk away happy and they would like to do everything they can to make it right with me.
I was also told during this conversation that part of the issue was me picking up my car before the QC was done. However, Santa Ana called me with a date and time to come and get the car so I am a bit confused how that falls on me?
The marketing person asked how they could make it better due to me not wanting to bring my car back to them (I am TERRIFIED they will have my car for another 7 weeks!). I gave them the price of the amount of work that was not completed correctly. She then forwarded it onto Mohammad who gave me a call.
Mohammad only blamed the insurance company and how everything was their fault. Was unwilling to take ANY responsibility for having my car for over 7 weeks, rushing through the bumper even though they agreed it didn't look good, or how any communication was handled. Mohammad's "fix" was to put another claim into insurance to have them pay me more money even though the insurance company is the only one to have put true effort into rectifying their short comings in this all. It again, shows Santa Ana are CROOKS. Their bottom line is walking away with all the money they have been given and doing 3/4th of the work that should have been done.

BEWARE Update from 12/19
After yet again, the customer having to try to follow up the response I got from Mohammad was "it is the insurance fault we (santa ana) did the best we could". It is concerning that is the best paint job, communication w/ a customer, and bumper job they could do as BODY SHOP. Mohammad was willing to offer $250 to cover the paint not being done correctly, rushing through the bumper (santa ana agreed w/ insurance it doesn't look great) once I complained to insurance, and the two months worth of insurance I paid while I had no car. We all know $250 won't cover the time lost on my end, the paint job, or a full new bumper. Santa Ana is just about walking away with their money and taking no responsibility. They got 7k and want to walk away w/ $6,750. Scary that is "the best" they can do for 7k. When you only do 3/4 the work that is what would be fair to walk away with money wise. The definition of a crook.
