First Time Scaries - Gone!
First time I ever got my car looked at, I was a bit scared because I’ve heard stories of mechanics trying to upsell a lot of things that aren’t neccesary, especially to people who seem “inexperienced”. I have a 2004 Porsche and this was the only place that would work on it, and Joe (my mechanic) was extremely helpful. He explained things in a way where I didn’t feel like a toddler but could still understand, and helped me to understand the history of my car since I had no knowledge of it after purchasing it a few months ago. It was extremely clear that everyone in the building had my best interest in mind.
