"Poor customer relations and poor service."
There was never a discussion about what was to be done with the damages to my car. I was only told that the Liability Ins. agreed to the price. I was told that it would be a 2 day job, and it took 5 days, with no explanation as to why. Quality of work is so-so. They did not even appear to care about my disappointment. Don't know how they received such high reviews.

Kristy said her vehicle was ready one day late. She was not given a reason for the delay. They did not put all the parts back on her vehicle. On the paperwork it said that her vehicle was washed, waxed, and vacuumed. They did not vacuum her vehicle.

Anne said the business took care of everything for her. They cleaned, washed and vacuumed her vehicle. They had the rental vehicle facility right there as well and the employee at the front desk was great. There was a one day delay due to waiting for a part to come in but it wasn't a big deal. She would have preferred if they had called to let her know the extent of the damages because she was concerned it would be more than just the bumpers. She is also glad she called before leaving work on the day she was to pick up her vehicle because she was told it would be ready in an hour and she was off work soon. She didn't know when they were planning to let her know it was ready but she almost had to keep the rental an extra day. She only recalls having the insurance estimator write her an estimate, not anyone from the facility.

Richard said this business was really fast. They were polite at the front desk. His only concern is a rattling sound he hears when he drives which he didn't have prior to the accident. This business could have done better by addressing the rattling. He is going to attribute the rattling sound to normal wear and tear because his vehicle has 100,000 miles on it. He chose not to be more specific. He insisted he was kept adequately informed during the repair process even though they didn't call him with status updates. He called them for updates.
