Angelika said the business is really good and she has used them a number of times. They keep in contact, they have great communication, and they have always done a good job. She does not have to go back because they did not do something right. Jim, the estimator, does a great job, and all the personnel are wonderful. They always did a good job so she kept going back, and originally she used this business because they are accredited by Allstate.

Spoke with Catherine. She said the staff was friendly. There was a dent they overlooked. When she picked up her vehicle it was dark and raining. When she told them about it they said there was nothing they could do. The rest of the work they did was perfect. She would recommend them but with hesitation because of the dent they did not fix.

Kevin said he was completely satisfied with the quality and promptness of service at this business but communication on the front end was less than it should be. Between the time his insurance company contacted them and when he was told to drop his vehicle off, he had to wait two and a half weeks.

Spoke with John's wife. She said she scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They told her how long the work would take. After she arrived, the vehicle was taken in on time. They finished exactly when they said they would. They vacuumed and washed the vehicle. She was very pleased. She would recommend them because they are efficient.

Spoke with Doris. She said they had a bad experience at this business. They never called them to schedule their vehicle. The checks had already cleared and the business was under the impression the vehicles were ready. They were not happy with the way they were treated. They were almost charged $1,000 more than their original price. For these reasons, she won't recommend this facility.

Jessica said the headlights are not wired right, so she is taking the vehicle back to the business this week. The estimate for the work did not include the headlights. She would like to see the business have service hours on Saturdays.

Ronald said he had the bed liner of the vehicle sprayed and they sprayed over the grommet. They did not do any repairs and the work was only an add on, but they didn't remove the grommet before they sprayed. He was not kept informed because the work was done in a few hours.
