I was looking for a small independent shop after having been very disappointed by another shop in my area. Scotty's did a terrific job repairing the air conditioning on my older model car, sourcing a replacement compressor and getting everything done very quickly. They kept in regular contact through text and phone and explained all the procedures and diagnoses clearly. Overall experience was great.
