"IN and out quickly"
I stopped in for a inspection on my pickup, figured I would probably have to wait a while, but was pleasantly surprised when I no longer sat down, when my name was called for insurance papers, and in less than 15 minutes later I was on my way

Dax said he paid $1300 down payment. He called back to check on his vehicle after 2 weeks, and was told it had been taken to another business for transmission work, without his knowledge., When he did go to pick up his vehicle from this facility, he waited an hour for it to be brought to him, from the other business, and they brought him the wrong vehicle. He left. He came back to pick up his vehicle, and his battery was dead because the lights had been left on. He also received a call from the other business and was told he could have paid $500 less, had he brought his vehicle in directly to them, himself.

"Friendly service without any hardselling of unnecessary work."
Scotty's does very good work and let's you know what really needs to be done to your car. Mechanic's are knowledgeable and friendly and they stand by their work.

"Good, local and honest"
05' BMW x5 with transmission leak. Problems were found and repaired. Much better than having to replace.

"Knowledge of Car information was positive "
The secretrary was very nice and helpful.
The workers showed to be knowledgeable about cars as well.
Some of the gentleman workers appeared to be having an inappropriate conversation in the garage while I was picking my car up in the evening. Even the secretary acknowledge it.

Other than that, the experience was positive .
