Horrible Service
I have a service package on my 2024 Venue. I unfortunately had 2 flat tires. I had my car towed to Seidel on Friday, Oct 17th. The appt was scheduled for 10:30 am on Monday, Oct 20th. New tires were put on and covered by the service package. However, apparently something else was wrong, and a part was ordered. It is now, Oct 30th, the parts are still not there and my car is still not fixed. I am so tired of the lies, and the run around. I could have driven to CA to get the part myself and been back sooner than they got the part themselves. This is not professional service. I am so mad and still no car. They only offered a loaner car when my husband said something yesterday. Again, let's inconvenience the customer.
