I took my vehicle to get repaired for an issue that is under warranty. Upon arrival, I was told that the business is under new management since October 2016. I informed the worker what I needed repaired and that it is under warranty. I was given the phone number to the previous manager under whom the service was performed. I went to my vehicle to leave, when the manager came to my window and stated if the issue was repaired within the past 3 months and I could produce the receipt, they would "make it right" - fix the vehicle. That was in a Saturday. I produced the receipt on the following Tuesday to the clerk. The clerk called the manage on the phone and told the clerk that " since the repair was done in June 2016, he would not be able to repair it without charging me for parts and half the labor, even though the issue is under warranty. As a result, I felt that I was lied to and he thought I was vulnerable enough to squeeze money out of this customer / female / old minority woman. The manager should have lawfully fixed the issue, but not only refused, but lost me and the 20 others I will make sure never go there to get their vehicles fixed.
