This is all fine, whatever. What I did not like is how Mike handled the situation as he went about it in a shady way. He said that if I get my car power cleaned and I show him the receipt, only then will he reimburse me. Unfortunately, that cleaning costs about $150. That is a ridiculous offer. Why do I need to go spend more money just so he will reimburse me? Why doesn't he just reimburse me now for the miscommunication? I believe it is because he knows that it is unlikely I will follow through with that offer and reimbursement will not take place. Also, there were a couple of things he said that I didn't appreciate. He speaks in a tone that makes him appear as a nice guy but I could feel the fakeness from him and insult behind those comments. Like telling me, "I didn't realize you are trying to make your 2010 Subaru Impreza a show car. That is the only reason why people get their engines power washed". That sarcastic comment was unnecessary because obviously, I'm not trying to make my beat-up twelve-year-old Subaru a show car.
I was going to have them do more repairs on my car in the near future but I will definitely not be back.
