Ricardo was awesome!
I was having an issue with my steering column and called to see if I could make an appointment on a Saturday morning. I knew it would be a long shot that they would be able to get it done that day, but they said just to come in and they could take a look. Ricardo immediately knew what the problem was. He was super friendly and professional and had the whole thing fixed in exactly the time he said it would. No hassle at all!
