Debra, your tow was $75, the only other charge you had was a check out fee for $44, which was the cost of the time spent diagnosing the problem.  There were no repairs or parts put on the car.  I remember you elected to not repair the car and decided to salvage it.   We are sorry that you were unhappy with this charge.  We go above and beyond to make sure we save our customers money in every way we can!

David said the staff were punctual and they provided service in a very timely manner. He didn't have any problems with the work, and his only complaint was having to pay for low fluid in the vehicle. The staff told him it was it was two quarts low and they put oil in it without telling him ahead of time. He's not sure what kind of oil they used. Other than that, the staff provided fantastic service and he was impressed with their work.

David, we are so happy that you were satisfied with the service and punctuality.  The oil put into the vehicle would be what is recommended by the manufacturer guidelines. We do not like to let vehicles leave with low fluids, especially oil.  However, we also clear everything with the customer, so we apologize for that.
