Extremely helpful
Our vehicle was taken in when there were no appointments available for two weeks. They worked on it between the scheduled appointments as it was undrivable and our only vehicle. It took some time but they got it done along with everything else they had scheduled. Great group of people.

Didn't try to sell me service I didnt need!
I went to the SAU tech center because I had just purchased a used vehicle and was having some transmission issues I asked them to check the fluid level of the transmission and to add some if necessary they determined that the fluid level was fine and on a test drive they simply said that the transmission behaved as a transmission of that mileage would they did not try to sell me into a new transmission and they did not try to sell me into rebuilding mine all in all this was a pleasant experience
