Vivian said her wait time was changed and the repair was longer than promised. The hood is not set correctly as there is a one inch gap on it. The driver's side door still creeps and this was not happening before, although it was documented as normal wear and tear. The damage was done on the left side and they replaced the fog light on the right side. She said she thought this was odd. She is still having to pay $200 or more out of pocket for this and the headlights because this was not done correctly as well. She is taking her vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion unless the facility can handle these issues. The promised time was 5 days and it took 9 days. She had to pay extra for the rental but they compensated her for one day. She was told the delay had something to do with a light but said she really does not know why. The insurance company handled the estimate. The staff was very nice. She would recommend them but would like it if they were more knowledgeable about vehicles.
