"Trusted shop"
I have been a mechanics for years and know my way around a car. I took my truck to them this week for an inspection. They found a serious issue with my front tires and worked with me to find the right tires/price with no pressure. I had a bad noise after the service, they took the truck back and looked it over from front to back. Never sold me or did any work I did not need. I think I have found a shop were I could trust the mechanics and the owner (who by the way I met and felt very comfortable talking with) I would recommend this shop to anyone for any work you may need done.

"First Time Customer"
Recently moved to Watermark. Contacted Hancock due to proximity to home. Needed a car inspection near end of the month. Submitted appointment request online. Very simple process. Given an appointment on my second choice (which was fine with me).

Friendly staff that did quality work quickly. I will be back.
