Jamare, we are sorry you weren't happy with your visit and would like to know what it was that you were dissatisfied with. If it was your inspection we have mandated state guidelines we have to go by.

Rodney said he went into the business to purchase a tire for his vehicle. He was quoted a price of $173. When he went in to pick the tire up, it was $273. He stated the man said he must have misquoted the price. Rodney said it was still less costly than anywhere else.

Vanessa said she had an issue in the past, that got resolved, and she has been with the business for years. She said she would like the staff to be more up front with her about the needs of her vehicle, to tell her everything that's wrong with it, not just some things here and there. She said they do a good job, but sometimes, she doesn't like the way they handle her situation, that they need to be giving her more information about her vehicle, instead of nitpicking.

State inspection
All the work that I get done to my vehicles (unless I am still under warranty) is done by Hancocks. They do a great job but the reason for the three stars is that their inspector NEVER cleans the windshield when removing the old state inspection stickers. He smears the glue all over the windshield and does not bother to clean it up. I don't care if the car is dirty on the outside when I bring it in, that does not excuse the glue mess that is made.

Kirstin said when she got to this business, she told her advisor that she is a student and had a class at 4:00 pm. He told her it would only take 45 minutes to an hour. At the hour mark, she asked what the status was and he told her it would still be 20 to 30 minutes. It took 30 minutes past his initial estimate and she was late for her class.
