Callis said it ended up being about 3 to 4 days longer but he is not sure of the reason for the delay. He did get an apology about it and a mirror was needed to be put on. The female employee was off for a couple of days due to an emergency when it comes to not being kept informed. He was not satisfied with the treatment for the reasons mentioned. They did not call him back as supposed to but they do great work.
