Pamela said Julie and this business did a pretty good job. She is awaiting a phone call from the business regarding a necessary second corrective visit for this vehicle. Pamela mentioned the brakes were squeaking, and the window in the replaced door does not roll up smoothly following this repair experience. She stated the experience took a long time and is continuing to take a long time due to the business not contacting her regarding the second corrective visit. She was satisfied with the estimate but had preferred if Julie looked underneath the vehicle for undercarriage damage due to the vehicle being pushed up onto the curb during the involved accident.
