Henry said the business took longer to complete because they had to order parts for his vehicle. They promised the vehicle was going to be finished in two days and it took two and half weeks to finish the vehicle. He said he was barely ever contacted during the repair and he had to contact the business himself to see what was going on with his vehicle. He said he would not recommend this facility to others because he spent an extra $300 just for a vehicle rental and the business did not compensate him or even apologize for anything.

as always I'm sorry when someone isnt happy, my goal is to provide a great job with a smile. That being said here is our side. We asked Henry to come by and sign an authorization so we could preorder the frt bumper. Unfortunatly he didnt come by beforehand and dropped the car off monday the 9th without the bumper being here. We quickly ordered the bumper which was used and it arrived in poor condition so we ordered a new BMW bumper for his 96 car. The bumper ordeal took a total of 7 days to get resolved. The bumper arrived on the 16 and was painted on the 17th and the car delivered on the 18th. We called him on the 9,12,17 and 18th. I called him and discussed the issues , unfortunatly he had to pay for the rental car out of pocket. We try and take something away from a deal like this so were more proactive in discussing the possiblities of delays when parts are not preordered. Thanks for reading . Olaf
