Jodi said the business kept her up to date, they followed-up with her and they were very helpful. She said her vehicle was about two weeks later than promised because her vehicle was being repaired during the time frame of Hurricane Sandy and her parts were being shipped in from New Jersey. She said it was beyond the business' control that the parts were delayed.
