David said he was not given a promised set date. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because they did not detail his vehicle when he requested it. He had his vehicle in for 2 days with no rental and on the second day they asked if he would like a rental. He didn't mind having a rental but he would rather have them detail his vehicle which they didn't do. There was no communication between him and the business. The reason why he would not recommend this business is because of the reasons mentioned.

This customer has a new Focus and the brand new fan which we just installed from Ford failed a couple days after the car was delivered. We towed the car back and received another fan from Ford. Unfortunatly it took Ford 2 days to get us the new fan. This customer wanted us to send his car out to have it detailed but we misunderstood and had our people clean it real nice. I called him back and offered to wash and wax the car again to make up for the misunderstanding. I called him and he seemed very happy with everything.
