Jerry said they were efficient in meeting the promised date. The work was excellent. His vehicle looks brand new. He said he has been unhappy with all of his and his son's experiences when it came to the estimates. The original estimate on this visit was $731 and the final cost was $1,333. His son's estimate by Barry was twice what the original estimate was. He could not get his calls returned. The employees were very kind and friendly but they could use a lot of improvement with their communication. His son had his vehicle in for repairs at the same time and called 5 times to find out when his vehicle would be ready. When he did get a-hold of them they told him his vehicle had been ready. They said they called him and his father but the numbers they called were cell phones as a secondary numbers and not the primary numbers they were given. The number they called for his son was his work number and he was not at work.
