David said he was not happy with his overall experience because the work was not done on time and the work was not done correctly. He had to come back a second time. The paint work had a problem. He chose not to elaborate. The first time, it was not done on time. The second time, it was done in a timely manner. It was not ready when promised due to finding additional damages. He chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took. As a result of this experience, he will not recommend this facility.

David had a pearl white altima and it was difficult to match the paint 100%. We had PPG send a rep and they reformulated the color . The final repaint looked great. We offered a rental car but they didnt need it . Sorry for the hassle
