Spoke with Susan's husband. He said the work ended up taking 5 weeks and he thinks it had a little to do with the weather. The facility and the insurance company blamed each other. He was told by the insurance company and the facility that Honda and Toyota have a history of having parts that don't fit. He said he doesn't understand why they would go that route and he had to reorder the parts. He will not recommend this business to anyone based on this experience.
