Wanted to share my experience with Southern Autobody for anyone considering using the shop. Short story - they are great and do great work! I have recently made my 4th trip to them for major repairs this time (prior work included hail damage repair and significant autobody repair following accidents) and couldn't have been more satisified. The shop kept me updated about the progress of the repairs and also notified my insurance company of the status, so they would stop hounding me on having to return the rental prior to my vehicle getting fixed. They were also very responsive when a few minor fixes following a repair were required and returned my vehicle to me in a great shape.
