Colleen said she was given a timeline but it ended up being a week in difference. She had expected it to be done a week later than when it was actually finished. They finished it ahead of time, which threw her plans out of balance. The process of returning the rental and picking up her vehicle is not a quick process. She was not ready when they contacted her to pick up her vehicle. She was getting ready to go out of town.
